How do I return an item?

How does store credit work?
Once we receive your return we will email you to let you know the amount of store credit. We will give you a one time discount code for the amount of your return. The code with be able to be used until the amount of your refund is spent.

How will I know when my item has shipped?
You will receive an order confirmation email followed by an order shipped email.

Can I cancel my order?
All order are final once you receive the order confirmation email. You are more then welcome to return any items for store credit.

How do we measure our items?
All items are different, all items have a description. Ok that description we will refer to the model size and the item sizing. Most items are general sizes Small 2/4, Medium 6, Large 8/10.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an order shipped email. In that email you will find the tracking number. If you have signed up for our emails you can go into your account and look up your order that way.

How long does it take to response to customer service emails?
We check our emails every morning Monday- Friday. Please give us 24 hours to reply. If you email us on the weekend we will try to get back to you as soon as we can.
