Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shop Small Town. We take pride in selecting quality clothing. If for any reason you do not love your selections, we will issue a refund in ONLY store credit for the value of the merchandise at the time of the purchase, and within 15 days of order arrival. Please include the packing slip within the package. We expect all items that are being returned are in NEW condition. The items cannot be adjusted, worn or washed, and the tag must be attached. The credit will be less the cost of shipping, and all return shipping cost are paid for by you. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please allow 14 business days to process all returns. Please send them to the address on the bottom of the order slip.

Shop Small Town has the right to refuse a refund based on the condition of the item being returned.
